The feel good energy:

feeling good is feeling confident energy in your whole body, this positive energy makes you feel positive in your body and mind, feeling good is feeling whole, like feeling together, feeling together is feeling strong and powerful.

Feeling good with your desires: we all feel desires (energy) that makes our mind think about what we really want.
All our desires are energy that is supposed move us forward in life or to feel better.
If you feel the desire to do something, just observe that feeling; where is it coming from? Is it coming from an anxious thought to feel better?
Or is it coming from a deep feeling in you that you want to be fulfilled? Is this feeling going to make you grow?
Is this feeling going to make you fulfilled?


Focusing into your desires: observe; where is your attention today? You’re probably thinking about what you don't have today or what you need to do to survive, you are not feeling good about yourself and about life,
here is something that you can do to switch your thinking, first observe these feelings, your true desires, choose to feel good with what you want for no reason, now you need some inspirational energy, search the internet for someone that is ahead, someone that is already successful in the field of your dreams. Feel good with that experience; this is the energy that you need to move yourself forward.


Motivation: our natural energy is to feel good with what we want to do, but is it our thinking and emotions that control our desires, if we let our thinking be in control of our feel good energy
our mind will think about: the what if? The make sure, and just in case.
Emotions are positive and negative energy, emotions can make you excited feeding you passion and motivation or this energy can make you sick, depressed, negative, old.
Our body performs better being present in harmony with mind and spirit,
your emotional energy becomes healthy, lighter and powerful with acceptance, detachment, truthfulness and of course with proper training and healthy food.


How to know if you are moving forward?: feeling free is feeling good, if you’re always very nice with everybody, or if you get angry very easy, you may be resisting life and others, every aspect of you is important for a growing and balanced life.

When I saw "Nothing is impossible" in the walls at the local YMCA, immediately I felt that is not complete.
"Nothing is impossible when your attention is in your heart" why do I say that?
